Hi there, and welcome to Making of Marketing Operations! I’m Sarah Kelly, and I run this consultancy where I focus on all things go-to-market operations. If you’re into HubSpot, marketing, revenue, or data ops—you’re in the right place.


This blog is a mix of practical tips, industry best practices, and my personal take on the latest SaaS tools hitting the market. I aim to keep it honest, useful, and a little bit opinionated (in the best way).


A quick intro about me: I’m Sarah—a HubSpot and go-to-market nerd with years of hands-on experience helping SaaS startups and scale-ups bring their ideas to life. From early brainstorming to full-blown execution, I’ve been in the trenches and love what I do.
